We pride ourselves in handling your orders quickly, with most in-stock items shipping within 24 hours of ordering; however, some orders may take up to 48 hours to process. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
Items ordered together may not be shipped out on the same day, and occasionally, some items are temporarily out-of-stock. You will be alerted to any shipping delay at the time of order.
Parcel service: 4-7 business days
Priority service: 2-3 business days
Overnight service: Call 877- 694-2654 before 12 noon PST, Monday through Thursday. Overnight orders placed on Friday will be delivered the following Monday.
Please note that delivery dates are not guaranteed in the event of service interruptions or failures caused by events beyond the control of myiamlife.com (including, for example, interruptions of our transportation systems or the services provided by our carriers, your bank or credit card).
A shipping estimator is built into the ordering process. Once you are done shopping, click the continue button to proceed to the shipping estimator. Here, the total weight of the items in your cart and zip code of the shipping address are considered for a shipping estimated cost. Actual shipping costs will be calculated prior to final checkout and are based on the destination zip code.
We currently do not ship outside of the United States. If you would like to place a large order for wholesale, please contact us at email@example.com.
Order confirmation: You will receive an order confirmation number at the conclusion of your order process as well as a confirmation email, including order number and an approximate total amount to be charged.
Returns and Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your I am...™ purchase. We accept returns and exchanges made within 30 days of the purchase date. For more information, please contact Customer Service at 1-877-694-2654.

Items are charged to your credit card when they ship. If an item is on backorder, you will not be charged until the backordered item ships. Your shipping & handling charge will be pro-rated to the value of the shipment.
Sales tax: I am...™ is based in California. The Federal Government requires that we collect tax for items shipped within the state of California.
Price differences: We make every attempt to have consistent pricing throughout our website and retail stores distributing I am... products. Occasionally we offer special prices that are exclusive to our website.
